We started homeschooling our kids and immediately hit the same walls you have. Spreadsheets that grew unwieldy. Paper logs that got lost. The constant anxiety of "are we meeting state requirements?"
Every portfolio review was stressful. Every time someone asked "how do you track hours?" we'd cringe. We tried existing tools, but they were either too complicated, too expensive, or designed for schools—not families like ours.
