Account Deletion
You can delete your Homeschool Fox account and all associated data at any time. Deletion is permanent — once processed, your students, activities, transcripts, and other data cannot be recovered.
Two ways to delete your account:
- Inside the app or website: Sign in, go to Settings → Account, and select "Delete Account" in the Danger Zone section.
- Without signing in (e.g., if you've already uninstalled the app): submit a deletion request at homeschoolfox.com/account/delete. We'll confirm your identity by email and process the deletion within 7 days.
Some records may be retained briefly after deletion in encrypted backups (typically up to 30 days) or where legally required for tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes (e.g., payment records under IRS retention rules). These records are not accessible from the application and are not used for any purpose other than legal compliance.
