Can Homeschoolers Play Public School Sports in Alaska?

What the rule says

Grades 9-12 only. Must be full-time (5+ classes grades 9-11; 4+ grade 12) in an accredited home school program located entirely in-state that does not itself offer interscholastic activities. Must provide transcripts, proof of enrollment, disciplinary and medical records; must claim the same school for eligibility all year; must meet all other district eligibility requirements.
