Can Homeschoolers Play Public School Sports in Montana?

What the rule says

A district or athletic association may not prohibit or restrict participation solely on the basis of public school enrollment or hours physically attended. Academic eligibility must be attested in writing by the educator providing instruction and verified by the principal; the verification may NOT include any form of student assessment, and the principal may not dictate philosophy, curriculum, materials, time, place, method or evaluation.
