What the rule says

School board SHALL permit a resident pupil enrolled in a home-based private educational program to participate in interscholastic athletics on the same basis and to the same extent as enrolled pupils. Requires district residency, a written statement from the home-based program confirming age and academic/disciplinary eligibility, and the same fees as enrolled students.
