What the rule says

May not be denied the opportunity to participate if: homeschooled for a full academic year prior to participation; meets all district eligibility requirements except attendance/enrollment; resides within the school's attendance boundaries; notifies the superintendent in writing before the season; meets the same acceptance, behavioral and performance standards as other participants.
