Can Homeschoolers Play Public School Sports in Washington?

What the rule says

WIAA deems homeschoolers regular members of the public school where they filed notice of intent. Requires filing a notice of intent to homeschool at a local public school plus an academic plan contract signed by student, parents, principal and athletic director.
