What the rule says

Commission shall consider eligible a student receiving home instruction (also Hope Scholarship, microschool and learning pod students). Requires satisfactory academic progress at or above the fourth stanine in all subject areas; under age 19 by August 1; amateur status; compliance with WVSSAC rules; limited to the secondary school serving the attendance zone. Reasonable fees may be charged.
