Math content does not change, so faith-based math programs typically add Scripture in word problems, verses at chapter openings, or a stated view of mathematics as reflecting created order. The arithmetic, algebra, and geometry instruction is the same material taught anywhere.

Is Christian math curriculum academically rigorous?

It varies by program, exactly as it does in secular math. Some faith-based math programs are known for demanding problem sets and strong high school sequences. Evaluate the scope and sequence, the pace, and how the program handles fact fluency and word problems rather than the worldview label.

Does a Christian program work for a struggling math student?
