Getting Help & Support
How to contact support, track your tickets, and reply from email — with or without logging in.
Last updated August 31, 2026
When you need a hand, support is built into the app — no separate helpdesk account required.
Contacting Support
Signed in: click Support in the sidebar, then New ticket. Describe the issue and send it — your name and email are attached automatically.
Not signed in (or locked out): use the contact form. Contact submissions become support tickets too, so you'll get a reply the same way.
You can also email [email protected] directly.
Tracking Your Tickets
The Support page lists all your tickets, newest first. Open a ticket to read replies from our team and respond in the thread. Tickets with unread replies are highlighted until you've seen them.
Replying from Email — No Login Needed
Every support email includes a secure link back to your ticket, so you can reply without logging in:
- Click the ticket link in the email
- We send a verification code to your email address
- Enter the code to open the ticket and reply
Codes expire after a short time — use Resend code on the verification page if yours has lapsed. This keeps your ticket history private even if someone else sees the link.
Tips for Faster Answers
- Mention the page you were on and what you expected to happen
- For import or report issues, note the student and date range involved
- Screenshots help — you can describe where you took them in the ticket
