Courses

Premium feature

Add and manage high school courses for transcript generation.

Last updated March 20, 2026

Courses are the building blocks of your student's transcript. Add courses to track credits, grades, and academic progress.

Grades live on courses and one-off activities — not recurring ones. A grade entered on a repeating activity would count once per session and inflate GPA and credits, so grade tracking is disabled on recurring activities and their grade data is excluded from GPA and transcripts. See Recurring activities.
