Manage your Homeschool Fox subscription and billing preferences.
Subscription Plans
Free Plan
- Basic activity logging
- Up to 2 students
- Standard reports
Premium Plan
- Unlimited students
- AI-powered features (Kit)
- Advanced reports
- Calendar sync
- Transcripts & academics
- Priority support
Pricing:
- Monthly: $12/month
- Yearly: $99/year (save 2 months!)
Upgrading to Premium
- Click Upgrade to Premium in the sidebar, or
- Go to Settings → Subscription
- Choose monthly or yearly
- Enter payment details
- Start your subscription
Managing Your Subscription
To update your subscription:
1. Go to Settings
2. Click Manage Subscription or Billing
3. You'll be taken to the billing portal
From the billing portal you can:
- Update payment method
- Switch between monthly/yearly
- View invoices
- Cancel subscription
Canceling
If you need to cancel:
1. Go to Settings → Billing
2. Click Cancel Subscription
3. Your access continues until the end of the billing period
Your data is preserved if you decide to resubscribe later.

New users get a free trial of Premium features. No credit card required to start.
