Manage your Homeschool Fox subscription and billing preferences.

Free Trial

New users get a 14-day free trial with full access to all Premium features. No credit card required to start.

During the trial, you get 10 AI actions per month — shared across every AI feature (Kit chat, activity parsing, voice transcription, course descriptions, and more). Subscribers get 500. When the monthly bucket runs out, you can buy a one-time credit pack (100, 250, or 500) to keep going.

When your trial ends:
- If you've added a payment method, your subscription starts automatically
- If you haven't, your subscription is paused until you add one
- Your data is always preserved — nothing is deleted

Premium Subscription

After your trial, continue with a Premium subscription:

  • Unlimited students
  • AI-powered features (Kit) with 500 actions/month — shared across chat, activity parsing, voice, and course descriptions
  • Advanced reports & compliance tracking
  • Calendar sync (iCal)
  • Basic transcripts included
  • Priority support

Pricing:
- Monthly: $12/month
- Yearly: $99/year (save $45 compared to monthly)

College-Ready Transcripts

Basic transcripts are included with your Premium subscription. For official, college-ready transcripts with enhanced formatting:

  • $29 per student (one-time purchase)
  • Formal layout suitable for college admissions
  • AI-generated counselor summary and course descriptions
  • Enhanced formatting with school letterhead

Purchase from the student's transcript page.

Adding a Payment Method

You can add a payment method at any time during or after your trial:

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click Add payment method
  3. You'll be taken to the Stripe billing portal to enter your card details

Managing Your Subscription

To update your subscription:
1. Go to Settings
2. Click Manage Billing
3. You'll be taken to the billing portal

From the billing portal you can:
- Update payment method
- Switch between monthly/yearly
- View invoices
- Cancel subscription

Canceling

If you need to cancel:
1. Go to Settings → Billing
2. Click Cancel Subscription
3. Your access continues until the end of the billing period

Your data is preserved if you decide to resubscribe later.
